What is the .1% germ/virus that Lysol, Clorox, and other disinfectants can't assassinate?

If you have see the commercials and ads, they other say "kill 99.9 percent of germs"! What the hell is that .1% that is undestructible??

Answer:
Mycobacterium tuberculosis,m. leprae,m. bovine can't be kill by that kind of disinfectant, and so do anykind of germ that can made themself echelon (cyst).

Ps : iluvtorofl, i'm sorry, i meant micobacterium leprae (causing morbus hansen / leprosy), not leptospirosis.
