Is the white stuff puss? Could be an infection.. Is it like a clear to white gel?? Could be regular... Might be a good opinion to get a blood question paper for infection... or have a stool indication run in for audition, but a doctor will be involved in any of this so ... turn to the doctor...

I agree with the other two but you will enjoy to see a doctor to get rid of them, They live surrounded by the lower intestine and have to be kill with a prescription drug. Years ago it be the rule that every one in the domestic had to bear the drug as those little white suckers can get to everyone and the bedding will also enjoy to be washed. It is no shame to enjoy worms as you can get them from of late playing with your dog or cat.
This may be pinworms. Don't freak out; pinworms are massively common and totally easy to treat. You can find information on pinworms at http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/pinwo... If you do hold pinworms, your entire family (or whoever you live with) should be treated also as a prophylaxis. Prescription medication is most influential; I have see over-the-counter remedies but they don't kill the worms; they merely paralyze them so you can excrete them.
