Chest Pain and Trouble Breathing?
Answer:
You don't mention whether you are on medication for your hypertension or how "high" your blood pressure is. Presumably you have see a physician, the physician has taken your blood pressure and recommended medication if requisite, and approved your exercise program. All of these are crucial if you have hypertension. If your chest agony is not cardiac in moral fibre, it could be:
1. Costochrondritis, inflammation of the cartilage around your ribs. http://www.mayoclinic.com/print/costocho...
2. Pleuritis or pleurisy, inflammation of the lining that covers the lungs. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/pleuris...
3. GERD, or gastroesophageal reflux disease. You do not enjoy to have indigestion or heartburn to own GERD. GERD symptoms can feel similar to a "heart attack".
I encourage you to see a physician to rule out cardiac involvement; you may also want to discuss some of the above possiblities next to him/her.
it could be growing of the chest at 15, because i had equal thing.it be just hormones and growth, and it really hurt and tensed me up seriously. It should be over within just about 10 days, if not, see a doctor.
check your bp 30 min up to that time and 30 min after exercise. see if there is any significant change. do you any shortness of breath? headache? any irregularity in your menastral cycle? if so, contact your doctor as soon as possible. also it would be dutiful if you could be more specific about your chest discomfort. like is it localized, spreading, acute dull pain
I had a similar problem give or take a few a year ago, right before my fifteenth birthday. I have some chest pains as well.
The nurse told me it be a panic attack, but I be wondering how that was possible since I wasn't worried or upset...but she said they sometimes appear due to stress. And there is some chest headache.
"most common symptoms may include trembling, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, chest dull pain (or chest tightness), sweating, nausea, dizziness (or slight vertigo), light-headedness, hyperventilation, paresthesias (tingling sensations), and sensations of choking, smothering and dreamlike and disconnected sensations"
And hysterics attacks are quite adjectives in teen girls. I don't own them anymore.
Well, yeah, if that idea seem totally wrong...it could be that your back or ribs are the problem. I go to see a chiropractor and that really helped. It could be a posture problem.
I would cooperate to your doctor about what the problem might be.
