My head scrunches!! Why?!?

Today, and random times in the past, I have heard a sort of scrunching noise in my head! It doesn't hurt or anything, but does anyone know wot it is? It just randomly happens when I move or tilt my head.

Answer:
Do you even get a clicking sound with the scrunches? I get both sounds because of arthritis in my spine. When I move my head the arthritis in the upper vertebrae grind against each other and cause these noises. You should talk to your doctor about this.
Does it happen after swimming? Could it be water trapped in your ear?
