Any ideas on what this could be?
Some friends have suggested Chronic Fatigue, others Bi-polar, someone here suggested Hypoglycemia (I already know I have that, but this is more then that).
I am tired 24/7
By afternoon I have headaches & am easily aggitated
I am not able to conentrate, focus & have poor memory.
I tend to get heart palptations off/on.
I ache all over alot of the time, epsecially after relatively mild/moderate exertion (and I'm really miserable after a 5 mile walk/bike ride with the dogs)
I have severe panic attacks
In the mornings I am somewhat hyper ready to get the day going, by noon or afternoon I just want to crawl into a hole.
I also have insomnia.
I tend to get sick after I eat dinner (racing pulse, dizziness, nausea)
lol...ok ok I know I'm a mess rofl. But any ideas? Just looking for ideas, not a diagnosis! Thanks :)
Answer:
It could be any of several things or a combination. For instance, Bipolar Disorder, Chronic Fatigue Syndrom (CFS), depression, Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), ADD/ADHD, Myopathy, etc. I am only guessing but Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) may be one part of the problem.
I have/have had all of the same symptoms you mention. See my profile for the diseases and disorders I have. I will be living/dealing with them for the remainder of my life.
Try the link below. There you can check out any condition that I or anyone else suggests. When you get there just type or past the conditon name into the search box or click on "Health Topics" and select the condition from an alphabetical listing.

Have your thyroid checked
*******
unfortunately, with thyroid problems, they don't always show up on the blood test until it's completely out of control.
What gender, age, height, and weight are you? What is your blood pressure and your usual dinner? How many hours and what time do you sleep.
This is probably not bi-polar. I know bipolar people and the mild to severe cases.
Possibly dehydration or stress induced something.
Slow down your day and spend some time with people nad be social.
I have suffered from depression and many ailments such as yours. What I discovered is that I had way too much Candida yeast in my body. And MANY people do!
If you've been on anti-biotics such as Tetracycline or Eurthamycine, or have been on birth control pills, then you may suffer from this.
The best thing to do (cuz it won't hurt you anyway) is to start on a no yeast, no mold, no sugar diet and begin taking pro-biotics. You can find out more information online or talk to a consultant at a health food store.
It will make a world of difference. I went from having urinary tract infections, lethargy, depression, no energy and migraines, to being extremely active, well adjusted and healthy feeling for the first time in years. Please go to http://www.yeastconnection.com/...

I sure am sorry that you are experiencing all of this. You really need to get some help. You said, You are hypoglycemic. I too
had hypoglycemia when I was younger. The Dr. told me I would be diabetic in later life. Well, I am and I had a lot of the
symptoms you mentioned. Diet alone can make a huge difference, and should you actually be diabetic you need to be seen and evaluated by a Dr asap. Best of luck to you.
Thyroid, thyroid, throid.
A lot of it sounds like high thyroid. It could also be the effects of medicine you are taking. If you are taking blood pressure medicine, it could have some of these effects. I would definately have the doc run some blood tests. Also have the doc check your vitamin b levels. Good luck!
Look up fibromyalgia and see if your symptoms match. Also check Lyme Disease.
It sounds like you should have a stress test for your heart. My husband experienced those symptoms for over a year thinking that he had acid reflux. It got worse and worse. He was working half days and had no desire to do anything. One day he fainted on someones driveway.
It could also be symptoms of severe stress or anxiety. It could be a blockage somewhere that is not giving you adequate blood supply to your brain.
Don't wait too long to check this out. I would insist on a stress test!
Do you drink plenty of water? Sounds like it could just be dehydration. Good luck.
