Can someone get infected with HIV by saliva.?
Answer:
well you are so wrong on so many levels here
first, there are WAY more than 30 people with hIV
second, no you cannot get HIV this way, at worst you can get a cold sore or a cold
third, you sound obsessive compulsive, why are you fabnricating that someone with HIV drank from your coffee in the three minutes i took for you to go to the bathroom
Your fears are unfounded and you dont have HIV... guaranteed, but you fo have to get educated on the transmission of diseases and the truth about hIV for your own health, and you also should conider seeing a counselor for your obssesive compulsive germ-a-phobia.. what has been scaring you to this degree?
You're not going to get infected through a small exchange of saliva such as a few sips of coffee.
if you had cracked lips or a cut in your mouth and he did too you could get it. ask your doctor about it next time you see him, and if he says you might want to get one and do so. you can even ask him to keep your parents from knowing unless it comes back positive. it is always good to be cautious, but not go insane about it.
No, you can't get HIV through saliva, there is trace amounts of the virus in saliva however you would have to drink 2 or 3 gallons worth of saliva to catch it.
it /is/ NOT /passed/ by/ eating/ or /drinking/hugging/AND/ the biggie /here/ is/you /CAN NOT/ tell/ if/ a person/ is infected /by/ how they look
saliva kills hiv, hiv only sheds off blood, semen, and vaginal secretions.
I would say the risk of getting infected by someone with HIV through saliva is 0.01%. You'll get HIV through bodily fluids such as unprotected sex, mother's milk, and sharing needs. You are fine and if there are any cuts in your body. Just as long as there wasn't a cut in your mouth you are fine.
Nope in fact studies showed not to be gross, but it will take a whole ocean of saliva to get HIV.
You should be more concerned about people slipping a mickey into your drink than AIDS.
Besides if your coffee had AIDS in it, you would have tasted the difference. Its very bitter.
