I have an itch deep in my foot that I can't scratch, what might that be?

The feeling is like an tingling deep in my foot that can last up to a half hour. I'm not able to do anything to make it go away.

Answer:
You don't say how old you are, but it sounds like old fashioned growing pains. Not to worry. It will go away by itself in a couple of more days.
If it persists it might be athlete's foot. It can form on the bottom, sides or between the toes of your feet. Get some lamisil cream to put on it.
