Middle age sun-worshippers: have you seen a lot of effects from the sun over the years?
Answer:
I was a huge sun person spend each summer at the jersey shore, and tanning salons. Melanoma at 30.
Battled it off/on for 8 years -
I am 100% about solid skin care now and educating others.
It's simple wear sun screen.
I use the re9 regime by Arbonne having had cancer what you put on your skin goes in your body it's helped tremendously with aging - (wrinkles, sun spots)
and it's pure and natural = not cheap worth every dime.
I haven't tried to tan in 20 years, and my skin is soft, supple and wrinkle-free. People think I'm 10 years younger than I am.
yes. wrinkles and my sister got cancer from it. always put sunscreen b4 u go outside. find a moisturizer to put on your face that has SPF in it use chaptick or lipgloss with SPF too. i love Coppertone Sport SPF50. it sprays on clear so no rubbing in or sticky fingers.
I have Irish skin, and although not a sun-worshipper, I grew up in Florida, so being in the sun a lot was unavoidable.
The most worrisome effect from sun I've had so far has been skin cancer. None of the tumors have been malignant and all were removed without problem, but my fortune could change.
I do see a lot of women in Florida, sometimes 10 or 20 years younger than me, who look like death warmed over due to obviously excessive and repeated sun exposure. It's really tragic, especially when I go to Minnesota and routinely see women much older who are more attractive.
Sure. All that is inevitable if you have light skin that's exposed to the sun unprotected over a long period of time. The sun damages and ages skin (unless you're black. I know lots of elderly black folks who have worked outdoors all their lives, and they often have beautiful skin. I'm jealous.)
I knew someone who had crow's feet by the time she was a junior in high school from all the sun exposure...I can't imagine what she must look like now that she is 40
