I cannot believe that near all the free vigour care they provide illegal immigrant that she can't get a free kidney in the past any American citizen. Why shouldn't someone who broke the law to obtain here get a kidney in the past someone who was born here grew up here and probably have the means to salary for it with insurance and what not.
