Spider veins, can they go away themselves or natural remedy?

if you leave spider veins on the face can they go without doing anything. if not, what are some natueral remedy to get rid of them?

Spider veins, or varicose veins, are blood vessels that are dilated for certain reasons. Once they appear (they get big enough to be seen), they probably will not disappear by itself.

Best thing to do is to see a Dermatologist. They can zap those spider veins out. There is no natural remedies that I am aware of to treat varicose veins.
