exercise A LOT and have whey protein. i know guys that have gained lots of muscle with whey protein.
eat lots of meat also.
buy protein bars - a good one is called pure protein. it has 20g protein and 2g of sugar and is very good and filling. it contains whey protein and peanuts.

don't forget exercise though. lift lotsa weights.

I would focus on building muscle, short hi intensity cardio and a sensable diet, your will be in good shape.
