ok no drinks with sugar in them like soda or fruit drinks they are both really bad try eating whole grains or weat stay away from anything with white flower bread pasta sweets use sugar substitute like splenda crystal lite peach tera is really good and i don't like peaches it doesnt taste low sugar try having 50% of your plate vegtables not corn or potatoes 3-4oz of meat about as small as your palm eat 5-6 times a day with 2 of those can be a low calorie snack like yougrt or walnuts some thing like that and one meal chicken and sald like for lunch dinner can be fish sirloin steak small amounts good luck!!
