How can i lose like 59 lbs in at least three months?

That will be ridiculously hard to do, but you should try working out because it is easy to lose weight then. I am trying to gain weight for football and I usually lose weight or stay the same and we work out 4 times a week. So my advice would be work out and eat healthy.
Outside of cutting off a couple limbs, your goals are too unrealistic. Step 1 is setting realistic, attainable goals that you can maintain for the long term.
Well I will answer this one quick... I lost 40 lbs in three months doing atkins.. I did not feel healthy. And didnt feel energetic. I went off of it and gained back 35 lbs... but if you are looking to lose weight fast... that is the way to go..
eat less, exercise more. really it is that easy.

To lose that much though you will have to exercise A LOT. since you will need to lose close to 5 pounds a week. Unlike what you see on TV shows losing 5 pound takes A LOT of work. So if you are set on this goal than I hope you are prepared to work out at moderate to high intensity for 5 hours a day, 7 days a week.
start by drinking more water. if you drink more water, your body will store it less and the result is up to 5-8lbs loss of water weight or more depending on your size. this is the only reason those diet pills work right away, because you have to drink more water. you should see the sudden drop after only a couple days. make sure to drink at least 10-8oz. glasses a day. moderate excercise is key. good luck!
59 lbs in three months? Impossible! unless you get sick and go to the hospital. when you work out, you will lose weight then you will hit a plateau (no losing weight) try setting a more realistic goal of 5 lbs a monh. and with that diet is the main thing along with exercise (aerobics)
THAT IS RIDICULOUS i also weigh that much and i am also trying to lose that much weight, but my goal is 1- to get healthy- 2 to lose around the same amount of weight and 3- to be 52 lbs lighter by this time NEXT YEAR! If u want to lose 52 lbs in 3 months and DIE or possibly gain it all back with "interest" because u will lose it to fast then go head- BUT if u wanna do it the healthy way then ur goal should be to lose 1-2 lbs a week which would equal to about 12-24 lbs in 3 months
