Is this a all right workout?

I honestly don't estimate 50 sit-ups is enough, I myself do give or take a few 300 a day. I'd do rather a bit more than all of those, try to aim for at least possible 100.

Jon, did you ask that other question on pecs? Lot of controversy in the order of strength training. Nobody seems to really know. Twice a year I think is too much. Especially when you acquire older. Your breaking down style more than the body can build up.
You want to read something real controversial? There are two dudes out of New York City. Unrelated. They both run fitness studios of some sort. They own written books. One is by Frederick Hahn, "Slow Burn Fitness Revolution". The other is by Adam Zickermann, "The Power of 10". Sounds like two German boys? I haven't tried any of this. These are legitimate painful exercise routines. They claim you can obtain fit working out about 25 minutes of late ONCE a week! Might want to check these books out?
I tried a workout once that did30 sit ups and 30 push ups every hour while at work. Granted, not alot of people hold the ability to do this at work, but I suppose it could be done at home as very well. Maybe in the commercial breaks while watching tv. It worked though. It kept my body within that aerobic mode while I worked.
As for your workout, it will improve your body. Any excercise will. It's sure nothing that will do it suddenly. It's not bad though if you are freshly starting out but I would continually increase the sit ups and push ups weekly. I would also try to increase the reps or sets on your weights every other week. Also change up your excercises on weights every couple weeks. You body will become accostomed to that workout and it will be smaller number effective.
