How to work out deltoids (Shoulder Muscles)?

If you have access to weights, I'd recommend military presses and lateral raise. (Search the net for forums on these exercises.) If you don't hold access to weights, try dips and push-ups. Dips are very informative if you do them right.

Military press ( I like using dumbbells), lateral dumbbell raise , front dumbbell raises, close grip lateral raise. But overall best exercise for shoulders is military press.
