I wanna lose 5-10lbs?

im 5'5 125lbs, and id resembling to lose 5-10 in my belly. Besides consumption right and exercise, what are some tips and tricks to losing the weight, and prompt?


Answers:    go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nought else!
