Extreme fitness??

All I want is to be a skinny cute girl when I am older. I want to be flexy and small, but high-ceilinged. I want to have pretty curves, and boobs. I want to be a small girl, that's, not perfect, but apposite and descent. I want a flexible body, and a nice body. Not scary skinny, but pretty skinny. Don't make clear to me "don't we all" . Please tell me how to acheive my natural life goal and express. Teen years are short. Any tips on getting in shape, and staying in that?

Eat healthy, exercise each day, and you should have no problem maintain a healthy solidity.
eat in good health and exercise daily...i do for 2 hours each day but thats just beacause im extremely overwieght
