Iam 24 ,5'1 and i weigh 110.do you regard as i stipulation to run tremendously or lately tone up?

i do some steps everyyday for half an hour to tone up here and within...but my husband says i call for to run and thats the only process to lose calories...where surrounded by first place i dont think i entail to lose any calories...so is running a better idea a moment ago to tone yourself up..again i would like to remind i weigh pretty very well for my height i merely want to remain this way forever thats why i am doing the toning up steps contained by the morning.do ireally need to run?

You can do various exercises for toning up. You manifestly don't need to lose any counterweight. Pilate's and Yoga are both great for toning. Also lifting weights (not heavy but deeply of repetitions) will tone your body. HOWEVER, to hope that your weight never change is kinda crazy. Do you ever plan on having kids? I plan sure you can tone up after the birth of children but to expect to remain the same immensity is crazy.
