You can do various exercises for toning up. You manifestly don't need to lose any counterweight. Pilate's and Yoga are both great for toning. Also lifting weights (not heavy but deeply of repetitions) will tone your body. HOWEVER, to hope that your weight never change is kinda crazy. Do you ever plan on having kids? I plan sure you can tone up after the birth of children but to expect to remain the same immensity is crazy.
