Do lunges, squats, "wall sits", calf raises on a curb or stairs, submerge rope, bike and/or run. However, some of it depends simply on skill and/or talent. You can be super-strong and still not be the best jumper!

For instance, I be a GREAT jumper when I be in big school and college. I be on the track team and one of my events be long jump. Also, I could confidently jump up and get hold of the rim on a basketball hoop...but I couldn't shoot worth a damn, and could barely dribble a bubble. So, just because I be a great jumper didn't label me a great basketball player. I was (and still am) awful at basketball!

So, while the exercises I've mentioned above will absolutely help you take stronger and jump better, don't expect too much. Focus on what you do ably! Speed, jumping, hitting the bubble, throwing, swimming, or whatever your strengths are! Good luck!
economically I play basketball and I have great legs and adjectives I do is run up hills. So try that!

Ride a bicycle and run a lot or you can travel to the gym and use their machines.
a machine would sustain. maybe you can budge to the gym and do leg presses or squats or something.
