that's a tough one b/c immensity depends on your body structure, muscle index, frame, and hormones. I've Ben the same substance since i was 17 - i gain only 5 pounds after 2 kids. its only that i was developed faster at a younger age- so i weigh more but still wasn't over weight. You own to ask you doctor if you are very concerned or do a bmi that includes you age factor. upright luck- I'm sure you fine and if your not your body will bounce back quick when you are young- exercise, drink water, and cut out each day junk food- occasional treats only- incorporate veggies daily- green leafy!
how much you weigh depends on echelon, age, adn how much you usually exercise. for a 15 year old i would utter probably about between 110-140 should be roughly right. don't feel fruitless if your a little bit more over it in recent times depends on your body shape and how much you exercise daily. to lose cargo the best thing to do is exercise more and drink healthier.
