Dont make clear to me to stop smoking Marijuana because I wont. I just entail some ideas

I'm a regular smoker, and prefer to exercise while giant. Hiking mountains, biking mountains and hills, regular exercise/stretching at home. I do it when I'm adjectives alone and can devote at least an hour to myself.
Also, find yourself a on top form munchy. I prefer smith apples and wheat thins. At least improved than macking an entire bag of Doritos.
I'm 37, 5'9", 175lbs, 32 inch waist. It's possible to be fit AND smoke. Just devote the time to yourself and be insensitive about it.

get up up early contained by the morning and work out.i used to do tht b4 school cuz my ex gf would gain mad for me not seeing her.

I guess this is your choice... if you don't want to work out and don't want to formulate the time because you would rather smoke. Why don't you and your GF work out together? Or you can even work out every other year and then smoke every other morning. To help preserve the weight stale try to stay away from food when you have the munchies. Marijuana is a depressent so it make you not want to do things it's just similar to alcohol. I am not telling you NOT to do it but every smoker to be exact fit that I know only does it on the weekends and special occasion because of this very motivation. I guess you just own to make a choice. Good Luck!

If you drink pop, or soda, consider using a diet type. I be "inhaling" mountain dew years ago and balooned to 235 lbs. working construction, so I switched to diet coke and lost 40 lbs. in around 4 months. This was 25 years ago, and I'm immediately retired from the workforce for 2 yrs, and still weigh the same. Still enjoy the toke.
hey!ive been using it for years but im fit and tone..im not smoking cigarette.i used it bedtime,when i woke up within the morning i used to do some exercise....if u dont have time...do some exercise w/ ur gf.hehehehe!
Eat with the sole purpose when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing save for water contained by between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits surrounded by each banquet, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least possible 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take wishy-washy exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a light of day.
U will achieve what u own not even dreamt and that too in a adequate time. Do not be in a hurry.
