Is it ok to exersice after consumption?
btw im talking roughly speaking just doing similar to sit ups,crunches, reverse crunches, planks after eating, ok or not?

you can still workout, but usually i tend to linger 30 min to an hour for any sort of workout unless it's jsut walking. i would think it'd be much harder to do crunches as proficiently as you normally would on a full stomach.
Yeah, I in actual fact eat formerly I workout because I am diabetic and my blood sugar drops tremendously if I don't. It won't hurt unless you eat a really big buffet. I would say to chomp through not toooo much, though, so you don't feel gorged.
i have an idea that its ok... but when i do cardio i have to continue for like an hour if i resembling ate a lot
if you get through too much you may feel too bloated to work out right after. but it's fine to do if you want...it's not the frail "wait an hour after you munch through to swim" thing.
When you guzzle, blood is taken from the muscles and used more in your digestive system to use the food. When you exercise (like running from a predator), the disparate happens and your digestive system works far smaller quantity efficiently.
