How do I essentially (and cheaply) speed up my motabolism?

I already workout and walk a ton (prosthetic leg) but my bulk doesen't move...any ideas?

Have you tried B vits?
Do cardio.It gets your metabolisim within high gear...You can do this by running or riding a bike...You really don't obligation to go to the gym for that. Good luck!!

cut your meals within half get through six a day, works for me
instead of intake three large meal during the day, guzzle 6 small meals. this will allow your body to win used to getting calories more often so it will be constantly burning what nutrients it adjectives ready have instead of storing them
apple cider vinegar tablets and chromium picolinate(sp?) tablets.They seem to give a hand. You can get them at your local form food store.
