Trying to lose weight.. can anyone gelp me?
Answer:
Yes just eat half of what you normally do. If you eat one whole sandwich cut it in half. Increase your exercising by biking or walking. My daughter lost 20 pounds in two months. She ate half of everything and then she watched her caloric intake. She bought those 100 calorie snack boxes like Cheetos, Doritos etc. That way she knew what she ate and how many calories she was taking in. Good Luck!
If your goal oriented and determined you can totally lose the ten pounds in the time allocated. Proper diet and exercise will make it a reality. You don't need to belong to a gym or starve yourself either. Running or jogging three days a week w/ some light weight lifting should do the trick. I would purchase some free weights at a sports store. You should do a few reps about three times a week but remember don't buy heavy weights get some that you feel comfortable lifting without strain. Jogging and ruining about a mile is an excellent cardio workout that will burn calories. The diet is the hardest to stick with because we all have urges. Eat plenty of fruits vegetables you don't have to eliminate all meat but you will have to cut back. Do not starve yourself and try to limit a junk food bender. Carbs are also bad too...
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
