If you are low in iron do you recognise it? Do you wake up and feel different? How you YOU know?

What has been your experience?

Answer:
Anemia/Iron poor blood caused me to feel very tired all of the time.
It isn't an overnight change.

If you think you are anemic you should see your doctor about it.
Well I'm the only one in my family who isn't low on iron. They say that they get cold really easily and are weak just all of a sudden.
My dad had low iron most of his child hood. He told me that the only way he knew about this problem is that he would pass out (faint-collapse). If you are really worried, you need to go to your doctor.
Hope This Helps!
lack of energy is a sure thing when u have low iron, when i dont eat i get very dizzy and have no energy so i eat peanut butter and it boosts me up.
Being tired all the time no matter what you do to avoid it, getting dizzy even if you're just sitting down, and lower back pain.not a real bad pain just a constant ache. I was also told by a friend that if you rub a gold ring on the palm of your hand and it leaves a black mark then you are low on iron. I've been anemic my whole life so I gave that a try so I knew when to up my iron intake and it actually worked!
