Whats the best way to mix muscle milk?

I have tried adding the powder after water, then shaking, or stirring, before water than stirring, shaking, yet still i get these huge clumps of powder in my shake. Anyone have a best practice method? Anyway without a blender, preferably...

get a blender or put your milk in first and some and shake really hard and good... then add more. You can also get a drink bottle from GNC or a health store and get a shaker that has a screen or a round ball inside to break up the powder better.
Try a strawberry and banana shake.

Well, my brother uses milk instead of water. He puts the powder in first and then the milk, and stirs vigorously. I don't know what the problem with yours may be, but when I tried it it seemed fine.
You're gonna have to break down and get a blender for best results. A lot of them are less than $25 dollars American so you won't have to spend a buddle. You could also buy Muscle Milk ready to drink cartons. Already blended and ready to go!
Use A hand mixer/wipper It will get rid of the clumps but still takes some time to mix. But you are better off with a blender, trust me, they are cheap enough. You could always shake the hell out of it, it you have nothing else besides you hands and the bottle its in.
Make a paste of the powder first.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
