Has anyone used the CELEBRiTY JUiCE tWO DAY DiEt? grasp any results?
Answers: I did it my freshman year of college and I fainted within a class and had to be in motion to the ER. I lost 6lbs on it in two days but contained by the next 10 days I gain 8lbs so in the shutting down I was 2lbs bigger than when I started. I didn't work out when doing it but it still wasn't satisfactory cals. for me. I wouldn't recommend it
of course its a excess of money! b/c even if it does work, as soon as you start eating again, you will give the lbs right back on. All that stuff is a scam, you involve regular diet and exercize.and lots of water
