Why am I sore?

Ok so the last time that i worked out legs be exactly a week ago and that work out did not make me highly sore at all. Since later I really haven't done anything for my legs. I woke up this morning really sore!! My butt, my thighs, my calves are sore as thou i had worked out. At first i be just weirded out but within really isn't a reason as to why they should be sore.
Has this happen to anyone before? and does anyone know why this happen

I don't know how old you are hon, but it could be the workout have triggered a growth spurt to your metabolism, causing your muscles to expand and throbbing. It will go away eventually, so don't verbs. Have a good sunshine.
going from work out to none at all could be the intention.,
If you used to not work out at all and very soon you go hardcore on your legs next your legs are pretty much in shock trying to maintain up with what you are doing. Try smaller number weight subsequent time and gradually work your method up to heavier weights. Good Luck!
