you sound fine especially if youre above 5'3 but
best way to lose weight and keep it off is to :
eat less more often(if you dont eat u lose muscle not fat and when u do eat the food will go straight to fat)
eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water
eat breakfast
dont eat within 3 hours of sleep
run an hr each day at a steady pace without any breaks
do jumping jacks or anything that will increase your heart rate right after you wake up
get up to go to the bathroom around for 5 minutes every hour
don't eat foods with more than 20-30% calories from fat
get 8 hrs of sleep
do as much cardio as you can for as long as you can. the longer your body is deprived of oxygen while excercising (cardio) the more ATP and glucose it will burn up. once u run out of ATP it then burns glucose and once youre out of that, fat.
dont eat. thats what im doing to lose weight. i havent eat for 2 days,and i've already lost 10lbs. some people say it isnt safe. but its working for me.

How old are you? I heard if you starve yourself, you can gain the weight right back plus more when you eat again. You said you lost 10 pounds by that way, so if you did eat, you could gain 10 to 15, maybe 20 pounds, who know? Starving dont work, Food and Exercise works. Good luck
