Is this healthy?
Answer:
Sounds alright for temporary. Problem is you may still get hungry. I actually tried that and fluids would fill me up for a short time but i would still get hungry. You could try it, i don't think it would be extremely unhealthy or anything. good luck!
Don't rely on that, but go ahead and do it this time. It will indeed make you shed pounds, but it shouldn't grow into a habit.
Lots of people do liquid fasts. If it's for a short time, it wouldn't be extremely bad, but it's probably not the best thing in the world for you, but hey, neither is a lot of stuff people eat
I've studied fasting and I'm not a huge fan of the idea. I believe fasting for *one* day is okay for most people. And, drink only water. Otherwise you're not fasting. Fasting for *one* day is a healthy practice. It gives the digestive system a rest.
One day fasts can be done as often as once a week with drawbacks.
Most Americans have many toxins in their symptoms that will make fasting very unpleasant. You feel the effects as the toxins are released and/or you suffer withdrawal symptoms from caffeine, etc.
If you insist on fasting for more than one day, build up to it by eating a very healthy diet the week prior to and after the fast.
Honestly, you're better off eating healthy everyday and fasting once a week.
