Will my consignment loss goal be artificial by ingestion white rice??
im also trying to lose bulk this summer so i can come back to college in the topple and look completely different but im also doing it for my health. so is drinking WHITE rice everyday really bad for my condition and weight? i exercise at the gym every morning and i lift up light weights and i usually bike nearly three miles. i know that brown rice is better and stuff but i cant eat it becuz i receive sick every time i eat it so idk if my body a short time ago cant handle it or im allergic or something..
so will ingestion about 2-4 cups of rice a hours of daylight be okay? will i be able to lose the weightiness okay if i eat it?

2-4cups of rice a day seem a bit too much, try to minimize the intake of carbs (White rice)n u should b fine eating White rice since u dont similar to brown rice, i dont like brown rice any hehe. But i like adjectives wheat pastas/spaghetti's tho n breads.. just not the rice, yuck!
I deduce ull lose weight since u work out + if u a short time ago try to have a proper teatime everyday u will definately lose a few pounds, have more veg/fruits instead of carbs.. Alright goodluck =]
rice is okay, but it's better if it's adjectives grain rice.
and i know what a kimchi is even though i'm japanese.
but don't pinch too much rice that you'd feel FULL and work out.
you will lose mass if you exrcise everyday.
you're better off consumption brown rice, it had more fiber and vitamins. white rice have had like mad of the nutrients processed out of it
I wouldn't recomend eating 4 cups a light of day, if you could keep it down to resembling a cup and a half consequently you would probably see more results with your immensity. it also depends on what other foods you are eating as ably. just guzzle everything in moderation and beside the excercise I think you'll lose the counterweight you wan't to.
well, it might affect it a short time bit but not a whole lot. as long as you're ingestion healthy other prudent you should be ok. try to keep it around 1 cup a daylight. and dont eat profusely of fried foods. if it's fried keep it at around 1 cup too.
oh you will be fine a short time ago keep working out.I get through peanut butter twice a week and i do sometimes dip a little to much but i do work 4 days out of the week and still weigh equal.So yo'll be fine..
