I need a guideline to loose weight fast?

Answer:
Okay, here's the deal:
--Do not eat less than 1200 cal/day. Your metabolism will slow to a crawl and you will gain fat and weight as soon as you starting eating. Your body thinks there is an emergency and stores everything you eat.
--Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a healthy snack in between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. The diabetic diet plan is perfect for anyone and probably how America should eat.
--Avoid more than 27 carbs per meal. Count your calories.
--Go for high nutrition, low cal, low fat foods such as anything green, yellow, or orange.
--Limit meat portions to 2-4 oz (deck of cards) once a day. Eat fish twice a week.
--Exercise 30 minutes a day at a minimum every day doing weight bearing exercise such as tennis, fast walking, weights, biking, etc. Planet fitness is $30 downn and ten dollars a month if you need structure. People just walking 30 minutes a day are dropping a ton of weight.
--Drink 8 glasses of water at least, depending on your exercise and the temperature.
--The FDA and many other very reputable sites have free diet advice, weightloss guides, etc. Do a search and you will find mountains of info.

Skip the prepackaged diet plans. They taste like crap and you will get fat as soon as you go off them.

Expect rapid weightloss at first, then it will taper off. When it does, change your diet again and switch your exercise.
Take a multi-vitamin and go back to 1500 cal after a couple of weeks.

Weight watchers works and is cheap, supportive and easy. There are chapters in every town. Consider it if you need more guidance.

Get a notebook and keep track of your calories and carbs. Most drug stores have cheap books listing amounts, but it is on line free as well.

Do not eat within 2 hours of going to bed. That little nawing hunger you feel is you burning fat stores, so don't give in and eat some garbage snack.

Avoid all the sugars, corn syrups, etc. Go with high protein and lots of good fruits and vegetables. A typical meal is two vegetables at a half cup or so, one fruit at a half cup, small meat, very small carb, skim milk, and a vitamin.

I drink slimfast for breakfast.

Eating consistently keeps your metabolism cooking and avoids low blood sugar and feeling wiped out.

Those are the guidelines in a nut shell. It works and it is a plan for life rather than a diet.
See your doctor or dietition first. some people will say Clernce Doctors say dont
Go to your local health food store and pick up some "Ezekiel" Bread. It is made from sprouted grains. Use this to make tuna fish sandwiches. Eat a half of a tuna sandwich every two hours during the day and stop eating 4 hours before your bedtime. Fruit is fine in the morning, but don't it, or anything else 'with' the sandwiches. Through in some light weight training and cardio and you'll start to burn off fat like a machine. I don't thinks its very healthy to take weight loss pills, but those always help also.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
It's not physiologically possible to lose FAT fast, which is what you want to do. Any program that promises otherwise is a lie. You can't lose more than 2 or 3 pounds of FAT a week and remain healthy. Sure, you can lose several pounds of "water weight" the first week on any diet, and you can starve yourself and lose muscle, causing your body to actually devour itself to keep you alive.

As any real doctor or expert will be forced to admit if pushed, it boils down to a simple mathematical formula of calories in minus calories burned. I've been yo-yoing since I was 14 and I'll be 50 this year. I've tried everything, including the prescription drugs that damaged my heart. The only thing that works is to adopt a healthy, sensible, and moderate "diet" (which is not a diet but a new way of eating for life) and to get more exercise.

The only way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories than your body uses, so, a combination of eating less and "exercising" more is the only answer. But if you eat too little, your body will go into the starvation response that is designed to help us survive through periods of famine, lowering your metabolic rate and using less energy. Obviously this response is counterproductive to your weight loss efforts. So you need to eat a healthy, sensible diet and increase your metabolism through activity. Get up out of that computer chair and DO stuff! Clean the house! Mow the lawn! Go window shopping at the mall for an hour of walking. Go outside and play, ride your bike, walk the dog ... anything, just get MOVING.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, preferably raw, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and give up the sodas, and keep moving. In a few weeks you'll see and feel the difference.
whatever you do, one word > consistency
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
