i be aware of ur pain...almost exactly.
i only lost 10 lbs, but i had access 2 a swimming pool.
i regard u could excercise about an hour (do not overwork yourself) every other daylight or half hour every daytime, and make well again food choices (smaller portions, better for you foods).
it doesn't sound resembling much, but it will make a big difference!
also drink lotsa wet

Stairclimbing and jump ropes are great cardio workouts! Just do that pushups and bodyweight squats and you'll be fine.
well if your 5'5" afterwards you should be around 130 pounds, maybe 135, so adjectives you have to do is lose 55-50 pounds which can be jammy. if you only drink 1400 calories a day thats really right and the only exercises out nearby that reduce belly fleshy are swimming, running and walking. so try doing a lot of cardio and swimming,running and walking, but remember you dont enjoy to be a stick you just enjoy to be healthy!

you could use your spring rope too! those are great excercise!
but honestly, if you continue to devour the way you do consequently you wont see much improvment in your consignment loss. just try to cut down at smallest a little bit.
and to tone up your booty and thighs, try standing up straight and kicking your legs vertebrae!

you should start doing cardio work. If you dont feel up to running than you should waddle every day. Walkong is nice and low intensity and will burn sour lots of calories if you do it for a proloonged period of time, and you can do it near friends. You dont have to walk on a special diet, eat what you want, of late watch calories. Just remember that 3500 calories is 1 lb of fleshy. that means you expend 1000 extra calories a time. If you want to eat 1400 calories a hours of daylight that means walking for 1 hour 40 minutes every afternoon at 20 minute per mile.
okay, first start off next to a simple exersize, start off with15 min per afternoon. NO heavy exersizes even so. Start off next to some simple streches for 15 min for 3 weeks. Then go for a bikeride, a run, or a looooooooong amble for 1 hr per day. Start to drink veggies and fruits every day. NO speedily foods or sugary drinks!! I reccomend you read the book Teenage Fitness by Kathy Kaehler, this book helped me to loose immensity the healthy bearing when I was over cargo! Hope I helped!! Good LUCK!! :)
I'm 14 and what i do it plan approaching 3 days out of the week and jog around my house for around 1 hour.. it seems to back. also when you get up or are roughly speaking to go to sleep you can do push ups and sit ups.. that help too. and maybe try to use your dads weights, doing the stairs also help too, you just own to do it for a long time.. well What I would do is, in good health a diet is crucial, you must find a good diet, or in recent times cut out all of the doomed to failure things, candy,soda, chips. ect.I know that you may love them... but if it is life or extermination then you own to make the commetment. I would use everything that I have like the stairs, try going up and down them resembling 20 times a day, and afterwards do 100 jumps next to you jump rope, and do a bunch of weights, look on the internet and find well-mannered workouts. You can also do crunces,pushups and such. Weigh yourself every week and it should do the trick.

Hey! Chill out - you are conversation big numbers- but what you need to do if you want to lose consignment and/or change your body shape is to whip it gradually. You are 13 years feeble and you did not suddenly become LARGE and you won't suddenly become SMALL.Don't stress about calories or equipment. Start a programme of tough eating - 5 portions of fruit or veg a light of day - cut out fatty foods- cut out crispschips and biscuits/cookies and ready meal - only allow these things very soon and again as a treat- a little of what you fancy does you worthy. Take whatever excercise you can - don't tie together a gym at this time- most people leftovers money paying for a gym course they don't go to. Walk more. Swim if you can and own the opportunity. A few hours excercise in a week over a extent of a few months should see a significant benefit - not only contained by how you look but in how you quality. There is no quick fix!! Trust me - you are probably a wonderful entity who only requests to alter their lifestyle by a few notches to be aware of good around yourself. It is worth the effort!
