crunches simple as that or do you mean lose weight? lol well run a couple miles. get off the couch once in a while.

I'm not going to copy and paste like so many of you do so here is an answer straight from me and it worked for me and should work for you...
First off, you need to eat healthy you will NOT gain a flat stomach if you eat alot and are always snacking on fatty foods. Try and eat three portioned meals a day (Not 5 like everyone keeps suggesting you don't really need to count calories either just don't stuff yourself, counting is stressful...) When you get hungry in between these meals get some water or some fruit don't go looking for a bag of Doritos...
Secondly, EXERCISE, that is right this isn't a magic show your gonna have to get off the couch and stop watching episodes of Emerald the Chef... There are so many ways you can go about exercising just make sure you exercise 60-90 mins. a day. It isn't going to come easy and trust me it will all pay off.
Last but not least, when you get that flat stomach make sure you do alot of abdominal exercises so you can tone your new FLAT stomach and make it a washboard :-P...
This is going to take a long time, you have to have patience...
I would also recommend you exercise at night after supper... Because if you eat when you go to bed you'll never lose the weight...

Balanced diet. Doing Sit ups every other day and cardio everyday will give you positive results. You have to be persistent if you really want to have a great result

Try a vegetarian diet. Cut out breads, pastas and sugars. Carbohydrates accumulate in fatty areas. Take a good long walk everyday, and do sit ups VERY SLOWLY. That increases the results of your workout. The most depressing thing about wanting an awesome body is that it takes time to see results, and it's too easy to give up. Good luck..just don't make my boyfriend stare at you! Oh! I almost forgot..I am a firm believer that you should eat only when hungry, and only until the hunger craving goes away. Don't overeat becase something tastes good, or because you think you need to eat only three times a day.
