um, how about diet and excersize?

people always try to avoid it, but thats really the only SAFE way.
Work out
Before you also have diabetes - try eating less and exercising. It's truly the only thing that works.
Eat small meals and not within 3 hours of going to sleep.
Well I think you should go on Nutrisystem to lose that much wieght. Then when you have dropped like 50 pounds you can go off of that and then just eat right and exercise yourself. Seriously I would consider that if I were you if you have the money. It will make things much easier on you because they are pre-packaged meals, and if you don't know how to diet they can help you. Good Luck! There is also Jenny Craig and Wieght Watchers is the cheapest just so you know.
you really have to eat right and everything in the correct proportions...and try to exercise at least 40 minutes for 4 days a week that will help a lot...you shouldn't try to cheat by smoking or using weight loss pills..it's unhealthy and ruins your body
uhhhmm, i am 19 too and i am 187 pounds i admit i am overweight, i keep on trying diets and everything, but turns out i gain more weight now i realize i was doing a yo-yo diet and i did not descipline myself well...

i just started to convert my life style to low fat and healthy diet, ,my goal is to lose 30 pounds in 6 months, i do excercise aerobically,40 minutes 5 times a week. i know i am doing it right. i have the confident that i am will loose weight in 6 months and live a healthy life style... thank u just do the same as i do!! guud luck and Godbless u..
first of all, do NOT go on pills or anything un-natural.
it's the worst thing you can do, your body needs to learn how to lose weight on it's own.

diet and excercise.

both in moderation.

and you'll be laughing.
You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
Walk everywhere, take stairs instead of the escalator, avoid very fatty and sugary foods, have five portions of fruit and veg a day, drink plenty of water.

I've lost 32lbs this year so far by doing just this (and never eating processed foods). I've also joined a support forum on http://fatfriends.yourbb.eu, which has kept me motivated when I've felt like giving up.

Well done you for wanting to take control and get healthy!
