I'm working out to reach my substance loss goal of 5lbs which will bring me to 120 lbs from 125 lbs which I'm immediately at. (14 yrs. 5'7") I understand that I can't spot cut certain areas, but the cargo that I'm trying to lose is located on my lower body. I'm already small chested (An A cup) and it seems that as I lose substance its shrinking my chest even more. Any ideas as to why to be precise and what I can do to lose weight more ably? Or am I bound to lose weight within my chest first?
