Jogging: question roughly increasing speed?

this morning i jogged for 20 minutes straight on a treadmill: partially 4mph, half at 5mph, and it be pretty easy. i'm gonna try doing adjectives 5mph next time. how repeatedly though, should i increase my speed then? and by how much? i plan on jog every day for 20 minutes...

i'm 16 and weigh 135 (BMI is 23.7) i close to to run but havent been doing it drastically much lately...

Answer:
do interval training, that will give you devout stamina
Thats a 12:00 mile if you go at 5mph for 20 minutes. Try going at 5mph for 5 min, 6mph ( 10 min mile) for 5 min and after 7mph for 5 min. Slowly bring it down for the last 5 min. This should supply you a decent workout. Hope this help!
