Help with Diet?

Ok i am going on a diet that consists of a 1200 calorie intake a day ( yes it's approved by a docter ) it is six days long of 1200 calories and a 300 calorie workout each day.
How much will i loose?

No one can really tell you how much you are going to lose, its up to your body and your determination. However, a good amount to aim for is 2 pounds per week. If you are strength training as well, keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so you may not see the numbers on the scale drop (at times), but you will be leaner.
