Does this nouns approaching a biddable workout plan??
30-60 minutes of cardio everyday (normally its DDR)
50 situps everyday
lifting weights every other sunshine
Is there anything I should append or change to this??
Answers: Congratulations on making a plan. For your rank, your weight sounds something like right. And your exercise plan sounds effective and fun plenty for you to be able to stick to it.
I would recommend tallying one exercise to your routine - lunges. If you truly want great legs and thighs, that one exercise packs a punch. I would recommend 3 sets of 10 (each leg).
Also, remember, as your workout get easy and repetitious - shake things up a short time. Increase your reps, or try out other exercises. Your muscles, just close to everything else, gets bored of doing like peas in a pod thing - and you won't attain any returns from doing them. You have get to shake things up periodically. Congrats, have fun - and STICK WITH IT!
