My knee has been hurting me, so I am having a hard time running, plus I am cramping right now and I cant really do situps.. can anyone help me?

I have knee problem too. So now, I cut back on running and took a spin class that is easy on knee and burn as much as running. And for sit up, I do leg lift to work on lower adominal till I'm good for situps again. Hope this help.
Can you still walk?..try walking for twice as long as you would usually run..and do crunches not sit ups =]
