There is also nutritional information there. There is no magic bullet, you have to take in less calories than you need. A loss of 2 lbs per week is considered safe. It will also allow you to change your life and your eating habits, your brain and body have to be re-educated to eat for lifetime weight loss.
I believe in weight watchers. They are an excellent resource, but there are many programs out there. Go to the library and check out a book. Or sit and read, a diet will do you no good if you can't eat the foods on it. Another reason I like WW, is you can choose from foods you eat now, and they teach you how to make choices of portion and types.

i vote weight watchers. lost 10 lbs in less than a month
first i think u should start eating healthy foods like fruit and veggies- green leafy ones, drink lots of water and make sure u get at least 30 min. of cardio each day to burn fat. eat healthy and no junk food or fried foods. u should lose weight and look amazing ♥
