I want to lose freight but I do not know what to do. I know am supposed to exercise for going on for 30 minutes day after day.

I also know that i am supposed to burn more calories than I consume, eat 3-5 servings of fruits/vegetables on a daily basis, aviod fried foods, cut down on alcohol, blah, blah, blah. Is there anything else I requirement to know. Can anyone tell me what I do not know.

Try incorporating it into your day by day routine like walking to work or to the shops and final,or getting of the bus a couple of stops earlier etc.Do this at lowest 3 times a week and eat a clean balanced diet .You shouldn't deliberate in jargon of dieting but simply eating within a healthy passageway.
