Eating Junk cause me to lose consignment, anyone know why?

I'm male, age 19, 6'3", used to weigh 75kg(165lbs). I go on holidays and ate nothing but unwanted items food. Pizza for breakfast, lunch and something like pasta from fasta pasta for dinner. Everyday greasy food for a week. I did little exercise. Also at dark I would eat chocolate cookies, cupcakes and stuff similar to that. All JUNK! Yet for some reason when I weigh myself when I got home I have lost 3kg(6.6lbs). When at home and active I stayed a constant counterweight. I still haven't put the weight put a bet on on. I want to but can't seem too. Why?
