How to tell your body fat %?
Answer:
It depends on your height and body type. To get an accurate measure of your body fat it should be done by a fitness professional. There are a couple different methods but the easiest method is the caliper method. They use a little device to measure how much fat they pinch on different areas on your body (arm, leg, tummy). They use these measurements and do some calculations and they can tell you your body composition! Hope this helps!

Depends on various things: your height, heritage, bone density, the amount of muscle you have at the moment, and whether or not you are active.
Most times when you get measured (a body fat caliper) at the doctor's office, it is only the basic of measurements. For a more accurate reading, anthropometry/kinanthropometry should be used to figure out your existing somatotype.
You are only 13. Don't get too wound up in your weight or how you look presently. Your body is going to go thru a whole lot of changes in the next 5 years. Have fun, enjoy life, stay in school to learn things, stay active, and eat healthy. Should your weight be a problem when you are an adult then worry about it.
Till then, take care.
