Answer:
I would love to see some full body pics, but from the numbers you gave, and the pic on here... I think you look just fine, dont worry about how much you weigh. Instead worry about how healthy you are... But from wut i can see, your a super hottie!
If you feel that you need to loose weight then you should. Sounds to me like you are on the right track with exercise!
Good Luck
just work out consistanly and eat good healthy foods.
you sound more then perfect to me, i dont think you need to lose weight but i mean a full picture of you would help to make that determination from a guys point, I would say it sounds like you are not happy with the way you look though so if you think losing weight will make you happy then by all means do so. but from what you said you sound good to me.
No. Our bodies have a natural weight. Just eat normally and have a normal amount of exercise. Just enjoy life and don't be too worried about what the World's ideal of beauty is supposed to be.
in my opinion, with as much as you do, you sound in shape. so you probley have muscle too. i do not think you need to lose any weight you sound perfect for your size. good luck with what you choose to do though.
5'4 and 130 sounds good.
Do some extreme exercises that could help alot. Like a full week of nonstop activity. numbers don't really help much. getting down to 125 ?
Do you fill like you need to ?
Absolutely NOT, Fast lost fast regain. Your doing everything just right. I don't think your over weight at all. I am 5' 5 130 and I have alittle bit of gutt that I alwowed but trimming that back down.
Health is number one concern. Leave the pills alone. It is a nice way to mess with your chemistry and become dependent on an un-healthy solution.
Your working out regularly which means just below the surface is some real nice sculped muscle. One day when you have lost that last bit of body fat hiding it. You will think you sudden did something right, Wrong, you are doing it right right now and your day of total beautty will come and you will have no problem keeping it if you loose it right. NO PILLS!!
The last bit which is most subborn, is time for what everyone hates,, CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO, you must raise your heart rate to the yellow zone at least 30mins a day, and then watch your carbs and callories. The only pill I would ever recremend is a fat blocker or carb block. This is a good way to tightly controll the carbs when all you want to do is eat.
Make sure you get the recremended amount of carb/calories and take a good multi vitamin mineral suppliment. Eat small quanities every 2-3 hrs to keep your metabolism in high gear. And drinl plenty of water all day long.
Your instinct is telling you the right thing. You should stay away from diet pills or unnatural ways to lose weight. Because you work out, your muscle mass is going to ensure that you weigh more than those indices out there. But if you want to lose weight, you should change your exercise regimen and do different workouts at different paces and watch what you eat - not so much rule out certain kinds of food, but reduce the amount you intake and eat more veggies, fruits etc.
According to what you have told us, you sound like you are right where you're supposed to be. Don't change a thing. You don't want to get too thin otherwise you'll have no figure. Men like women with curves. Diet pills are dangerous and you don't need them anyway. Just keep going to the gym regularly and watch what you eat. Relax! You're fine!
i think that you should do whatever would make you happy. i like girls with a little meat on her bones and I'm shure I'm not alone. so whatever you do make shure your happy with how its going
