Howcome Ive gained 2/3 lbs during the day? But now cant shift it despite regular excersise n no change in diet

Reccently these past few weeks my weight has gone up 2/3lbs despite excersising 2-3 times a day everyday and being careful with what I eat. My legs have started to feel heavy and ache a lot too. Can someone please give me any advice as to whats going on?

What is your weight? Sometimes after losing some weight and exercising well you gain muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so while your actually gaining muscle it would look like you are gaining weight. If you have just lost a lot of weight within a given amount of time say a year, this would be more apparent.
You've probably gained muscle instead of losing fat, which weighs less. Concentrate on cardiovascular excercises.
Have you tried pooing.

Hi there. What you say is something very similar to what you experience. I have been working out for years and am well read up on the many spheres of the subject. However, I have always been perplexed that when I have had a particularly physical day (gym, walking basically non stop) my stomach (my intestines actually) bloat out really big even though the food has been balanced. Do yours? I do not weigh myself on these occasions as it would severely depress me to see the wrong number on the scale although it is very obvious that I have developed a temporary large and disproportionate lower ab section ???? Do you get the same?
