I am on a swim team and we practice 4 days a week but on 2 of the days we have 2 practices. I have been doing this for about 3 months and i am gaining a lot of mass on my thighs and i don't know if it is from swimming. Does anyone have any ideas to get rid of fat on your thighs. Any help would be great. Thanks

Its impossible to target an area for fat loss, the only way to lose fat is to lose weight and hope it comes off where you want it to (which it rarely does!)
