Is at hand such entry as low calorie carbohydrates?

or does my question contradict itself?
bio is seriously not my strong point :)

Answer:
Carbohydrate--not the food but the actual carbohydrate surrounded by the food--all has indistinguishable amount of calories per gram. Four calories per gram. A gram of protein is the same four calories. Fat have 9 calories per gram, which is why food that's high contained by fat have a lot more calories. Alcohol have 7 calories per gram.

Now there are adjectives kinds of carbs--sugar, starch, veggies, etc. Vegetables are improved because they have other biddable stuff besides carbs. Complex carbs, like pasta, bread, rice, etc. are better than simple carbs similar to sugar, soda, candy, etc. because they take time to release into your bloodstream. But a gram of carb within pasta is the same as a gram of carb within white sugar.
