SQUATS...they are the most efficient and you can build them harder by squat jumps which is squatting and jump quickly continuously. another correct way is call Wall Sits which is mainly liking your back onto the wall and lowering ur body to where on earth your quads/thighs are parrallel to the floor and hold that position

work out on the stepper, do dome squats, cycling, lunges - these should get your thighs bigger
