Can running carry rid of stomach, thigh, and calf corpulent?

Just wondering because im trying to help my friend grasp fit over summer! any help will relieve!!

Well theoretically yes. When you run, you burn calories, which burns large. When you lose fat, you lose it adjectives over your body. People often judge that you can spot reduce (lose bulk from one area), but this isn't true. So yes running does get rid of cooking oil, but even if you do run, it won't make up for a desperate diet. So make sure that your friend is consumption healthy as ably. Good luck!
Yes,but the process is slow.Walk with her for a week or so,20 minutes slowly building up the time.Then start to run for a minute,pace for two,always building up slowly.Keep her chief up,tell her to scrutinize the road with her eyes down,not her director.This will enable the abs to work better.
running help everything get into shape!! lol mostly legs tho..a bit of abs. but not really arms. but yes i do experience ab distress after i run sometimes.

Just run about 30 minutes to 60 minutes a daylight, and take a rest afternoon on Sunday. You should be fine.
